Original pictorial cardboard wrappers printed in green and black, designed for mailing with address and stamp outline on rear wrapper. Minor wear to wrappers, bottom corner chipped, with part of the chipped portion present. Scarce promotional piece for Corpus Christi, Texas, with numerous photographs of its buildings, scenery, docks, coastal scenes, and more.  The two pages of promotional text tout Corpus Christi as "The Metropolis of Southwest Texas," and offers "three factors responsible for the city's growth and a sure guarantee of its future greatness." On the inside of the front wrapper is an advertisement for the Corpus Christi Commercial Club, and their return address is printed on the rear wrapper. OCLC lists only three copies, at Yale, Baylor, and SMU.
