Hampton Preparedness.

A handsome fundraising promotional touting the many advantages of the Hampton Institute in Virginia. The text is generally arranged with two talking points and explanatory text per page, each illustrated with a small photograph. The brochure covers campus buildings, the "missionary spirit," student farming, teaching, domestic arts, sports, technical training, the school's print shop, Native American student farmers, and more. The final page is a call for donations, and also lists the Board of Trustees, beginning with William Howard Taft. Scarce, with exact institutional holdings obscured by a digital copy record in OCLC.
